20/04/2010 – Spain to UK in electric scooter!
Last week XERO Spain organised its first Press Open House, with great success by the way. Everything was under control and well organised until… a volcano erupted! Still, we were safe here in Madrid, but few of our guests travelled the previous night to Madrid from Northern Europe including Oliver (XERO UK) and Bo (XERO Netherlands). Instead of taking their respective planes back on the evening of the event, Ollie and Bo were stuck in Madrid for 4 days! Finally Bo had a great idea: why don’t they get back to the UK in… a XERO electric scooter! At first Oliver thought that Bo was out of his mind, but then he thought that the adventure could be a great wheels-on experience!

In few years from now I am sure we will be able to ride from Madrid to London in an electric vehicle!
